Do students pay anything?+
No. Searching and contacting tutors is always free for students and parents.
How do free ads work?+
Free ads run for 7 days. When one expires you can renew it for free from "My ads". Each phone number can list 2 free ads every 7 days.
Can I upgrade an ad that is already live?+
Yes. Open "My ads" and choose Upgrade. Your paid plan starts immediately.
How can I pay?+
By bank transfer. Transfer the amount to the account shown at checkout, write your mobile number in the description / remark, then upload the slip (photo or PDF).
What if the Spotlight place is booked?+
Spotlight shows one class at a time. We show the date it becomes free so you can book it then; meanwhile Featured also puts your class on the homepage.
